Have you biked/walked along the Taumatakahu Stream in Temuka?
Gosh it's lovely, especially on a sunny day as you can follow the sealed path under interesting and old trees. Take 10mins or walk to the Domain to extend your adventure. We spied fitness gear along the way, friendly ducks, a epic walnut tree and an enormous Willow. There is a playground along the way too. There is a plaque acknowledging the foresight and effort of volunteers. Our council has a huge amount of parks and reserves to maintain.
